For safety and security, all attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that tickets will not be available for purchase on the day of the event, so be sure to secure your tickets in advance.

Additionally, all ticket sales are final, and we are unable to offer any refunds.

Only alcohol purchased on site during the festival is allowed. Security may conduct bag searches on entry so please be respectful if requested to dispose of any alcohol prior to being allowed entry.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors and compliance with any event license agreements.

Snake Meadows has CCTV surveillance operating 24/7. This system is in place to ensure the safety and security of all visitors, event staff and balloon crews.

Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed contractors will be onsite during the event to manage your safety.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, dogs are not permitted at the event.

However, assistance dogs are welcome to accompany individuals with disabilities, as they are specially trained to provide essential support.

This policy is in place to help protect the local wildlife and maintain a comfortable experience for all attendees. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

In the event of a medical emergency, trained first aiders will be on-site to provide assistance.

If you require medical attention, please speak to a member of our events team or balloon crew, or visit the designated first aid point for support.

We encourage all attendees to familiarize themselves with the location of the first aid point upon arrival.

Should you or anyone around you require help, do not hesitate to seek assistance. We are here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

In the event that you notice a fire, it is crucial to act swiftly and responsibly to ensure the safety of all attendees. If you observe any signs of fire, smoke, or potential hazards, please take immediate action by notifying a member of the event team or a member of the balloon crew.

These are equipped to respond quickly to fire-related emergencies and will know the appropriate procedures to manage the situation safely. Reporting the fire promptly will help minimize potential damage, prevent injury, and allow the necessary resources to be mobilized without delay.

Mobile caterers will be on-site, offering a selection of hot and cold food options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, a quick snack, or a refreshing drink, there will be plenty to choose from.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring your own picnic and enjoy your food at your leisure while taking in the atmosphere of the event.

Please help us keep the site tidy by using the litter bins provided, or taking your litter home with you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Please keep out of the meadow areas, pond, main balloon arena and any other areas marked as restricted or that have been sectioned off.
Additionally, we kindly ask that you ensure your child is supervised and remains in designated areas for their safety.

Visitors are kindly asked not to park on the main A4 or on private residential roads. To ensure safety and avoid inconvenience to local residents, it is important to use the designated parking areas provided.

When parking in residential areas we politely request you park legally and considerately.

PRE BOOKING ONLY 

Limited parking is available onsite for the event which needs to be pre-booked. Please note parking tickets are additional to the main event entrance tickets and should be purchased separately. Details on car parking tickets can be found when purchasing the main event tickets.

Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, especially during peak times, to secure a parking spot and help maintain a smooth flow of traffic in the surrounding area and reduce the risk of congestion.

DISABLED PARKING

Disability parking is available on-site, and and needs to be pre-booked. Details will be provided when you purchase tickets. Please note parking tickets are additional to the main event entrance tickets.

When using the disabled parking spaces, a valid disabled badge must be clearly visible at all times. This ensures that the spaces are reserved for those who genuinely need them and helps us monitor proper use of the limited parking. Visitors are reminded to ensure their badge is correctly positioned before leaving their vehicle.

SITE EXIT

No right turn is allowed when exiting the main site.

Smoking and vaping is permitted at the event in designated areas. Please refrain from smoking or vaping in any restricted areas, as this is for safety purposes.

If you are unsure where you can safely smoke or vape, please ask one of our events team for guidance.

Please ensure you extinguish and dispose of any cigarettes safely and considerately.

Toilet facilities are provided for the convenience of all visitors. These facilities are located near key areas to ensure easy access throughout the site. Visitors are encouraged to use these amenities to help maintain the cleanliness and preservation of the natural environment.

The safety of our young visitors is a top priority. To help reunite lost children with their parents or guardians as quickly as possible, we have a designated Lost Children Point at the event.

We also offer free wristbands, where you can write your contact details to assist our team in locating you should your child become separated from you. These wristbands are available on entry from our event team or at the lost children point.
