The annual Downend Round Table Fireworks event took place on Friday 8th November and helped raise money for the local community and local charities. 

It certainly was a night to remember! With a thrilling mix of fireworks, a roaring bonfire, food stalls, fun fair, a lively foam party, and great entertainment, the event was packed with excitement from start to finish. But a special highlight this year was the fantastic addition of the RC model balloons, invited to take part in the festivities.

The RC model balloons added a unique and enchanting touch to the evening. It was truly fantastic to have them invited to join the line-up this year, bringing something fresh and unforgettable for the community to enjoy. As the balloons floated through the air, each one lit up against the night sky, creating a mesmerising display that had both children and adults captivated.

The balloons set the perfect tone for the night, adding an unexpected element of magic and wonder and it was great to see the crowds reaction, enjoying the spectacle that complemented the traditional fireworks beautifully.
